Thirty years ago, I chose the name Zola because it felt unique and memorable.

Over the years, customers would often share stories of a Zola in their own lives - a great-grandmother, an aunt, someone unforgettable.  The details were always different, but the essence was the same:

strong, individual and eclectic women.

Years later, I discovered that Zola, rooted in African origin, also means peaceful, calm and serene.

Without even realizing it, that meaning -and those shared stories - had already shaped the direction of my work..  Today Zola Jewelry is a reflection of that evolution: thoughtful pieces designed to ground, express and carry meaning.

 

While our designs have evolved over the years, our inspiration remains constant: history, symbols

travel and empowerment.  Each piece tells a story, drawing from the rich tapestry of culture

and eras that continue to captivate us.  We believe that jewelry should be more than an accessory - 

It should be a reflection of who you are and what inspires you.
